但憑良心說，不難吃喔~ 看大家怎麼取捨了

菜是自己夾取，所以份量要注意，不小心就夾太多，
想像一下一般便當一格菜的份量就知道了，
通常一夾份量就是一份菜，15~20元，看菜的種類，
肉類一份35以上
