5/2與家人的簡餐,非假日餐期用餐人數少,家人點超大塊牛排、我點主廚牛排七分熟不要醬(麵換蛋),超大塊牛排需要咀嚼,主廚牛排比較乾,但是我偏好這種肉質,牛排已經醃製過了,可以不要加醬,如果口味重可以再加醬,玉米濃湯品質穩定,餐包還是跟牛排一起上,這次唯一的點是,我還沒有開始喝湯就出餐了,牛排開蓋時我的餐巾紙還沒有打開呀⋯⋯冷氣風口把油煙帶到我的頭上、身上,建議真的可以等一下客人打開餐巾紙。
5/2 Light meal with family members. During non-holiday meals, the number of people dining is small. Family members order extra large steak. I order chef’s steak medium rare without sauce (face for egg). Extra large steak needs to be chewed. Chef’s steak is dry. , but I prefer this kind of meat. The steak has been marinated, so you can add more sauce. If the taste is heavy, you can add more sauce. The quality of the corn bisque is stable, and the meal package is still served with the steak. The only point this time is that I still I ate before I started to drink the soup. When the steak was opened, my napkin hadn’t been opened yet... The air-conditioning vents brought the fumes to my head and body. It is recommended to wait for the guests to open the napkins.

The steak is delicious, but i prefer eating it with rice, mashed potato or fries rather than noodles.

I had the flounder tepanyaki and it was delicious. It was served on some noodles which you have a choice to eat it with the pork mushroom sauce and black pepper sauce. The flounder was fresh and tasty so I had it without the need to dip in any of the sauces. Whereas for noodle I dipped it in the pork mushroom sauce (Saw other customers just mixed everything with the sauces and I thought is a waste!). The bread was really fresh and they served it freshly hot from oven making it even tastier. Overall very good experience especially with the price (NTD $230) paid. (I'd breakfast value set somewhere else this morning, just breadtoast with ham and soy milk, it was already NTD $100!).
