給女醫師看完後，建議我服用口服a酸，結果吃半年多皮膚都沒好轉，反而是自己再去看中醫師，整個膚況大改善…

櫃台掛號的護理師，工作心不在焉，掛號有問題，找錢也有問題，請問醫生找你來是來幹嘛的!! 還安排2個護理師，事情還是沒有做得比較好。

超爛 還沒看到大家的負評之前本來想要去看診， 結果打電話過去說我是初診想要預約，櫃檯小姐直接：我們初診沒有在給人家預約的欸 而且現在掛號都現場排喔其他人都現場排我們沒義務要讓你預約 直接一把火上來 是不能好好講話^_^？ 嘴超臭

去好幾次，態度很差。 開藥也沒有變比較好，草草了事。要你拿藥就滾。 打電話問一顆a酸多少錢跟我說70$，隔天我去買一顆100$，我還特地確認劑量20毫克也是70$。

我從來沒有到遇那麼差的診所,曾聽說過人很多,要排隊,3/25號晚上,早早就過去掛號,掛完後跟我說燈號145,然後我就在現場沒有離開過,後來發現後面來的人都進去看了,卻還是沒有輪到我,去問櫃台,卻說我已經過號了,說會再叫我,於是又等好久,後來一位先生也似乎跟我一樣狀況,等不下去,說不看了,我想說就再等一下,又等了好久,人陸陸續續進去,依然沒有輪到我,於是去問櫃台,我的狀況還須要等多久,如果還要很久,就不要看了,櫃台小姐也沒有給答案,就直接把健保卡和掛號費還我,態度超差,以前有在這家診所看過,醫師問診及態度都非常好,但是如果櫃台的態度和輪號的方式不改變,我相信絕對會有更多負面的評價的,而且也會讓更多需要幫助的病患流失的

The doctor is caring and understanding. He also speaks English so it makes communication easier

I do not recommend this clinic especially doctor 蔡依倫 Tsai, Yi-lun. I went to this clinic due to unknown sudden itching red spots recently after lockdown. Because I’ve been staying in Taiwan for more than a year, but never experienced this symptoms, so I wanted to know what would be the main reason of this. I went with Taiwanese friend since my Mandarin is not fluent enough, and we had to wait a long queue. This, I can understand. But the treatment from Dr. Tsai was not worth it. 1. She just take a short look of my skin(actually not even taking a look but just hear what I said) and said it is allergies. 2. I told her I know I have allergic to dust, but these rashes are different from what I had before and ask her if this symptoms related with my current stress due to COVID-19 or any others. 3. She just said “you are born this way” 4.I was not so clear if this is allergies or what so I asked her again what is the reason of this allergy with help of my Taiwanese friend 5. Then she just repeats “you are born this way” and tell me it’s eczema. 6. I was not so sure what would be the main cause of sudden eczema since I have lived in Taiwan for not a short time, but then she just repeated “you are born this way” like she is lady gaga 7. I got the impression that she is not giving me the treatment with care(ofc she is the doctor so might she have met a lot of cases, but the way how she explain my symptoms were not enough and not so appropriate to the patient) 8. I didn’t understand about my symptoms very well nor get information enough from her. So I have to ask about the reason of eczema on internet and pharmacist in the clinic(the pharmacist is very kind and explained the possible causes of eczema detailed. I appreciate her very much.) 9. This was the worst clinic experience I ever had. I don't think I have asked something too out of my symptoms not ask too much to her. I was very disappointed of her attitude.
