2個禮拜前預約好，來家裡裝修冷氣，老闆說可以一天內把冷氣卸除和清洗，隔天就可以裝回去。結果星期二來卸除後，隔天星期三根本沒有人來裝回冷氣，打電話過去說隔天星期四一定會弄好，當天星期四早上9點多打了一次，說會來，等到11點多又打了一次說會來，而且才發現他們根本還沒清洗冷氣！！！1點多師傅來了一會兒，又要被老闆娘叫走，說要先去做別的地方的工程，明明我們已經預約了，而且是你們自己拖延，竟然還要先去別的地方做工程？太生氣所以打電話去跟老闆娘理論之後，老闆娘才說讓他們做完。
真的很惡劣，沒辦法完成的事情還答應，還要人一直打電話催才會完成，師傅都很好，但是老闆娘調度職員和安排客戶之間的工程銜接非常有問題。不會再光顧了
Don't even give a star
Make an appointment 2 weeks ago and come to the house to decorate the air conditioner. The boss said that the air conditioner can be removed and cleaned in one day, and it can be installed the next day. As a result, on Tuesday, there was no one to reinstall the air conditioner on Wednesday the next day. I called and said that it would be done the next Thursday. I called it again on the morning of 9 AM on the same day, and said that I would come back until 11 AM. Once said that they would come, and found out that they have not cleaned the air conditioner at all! !! !! After more than 1 o'clock, the master came for a while, and was asked to leave by the boss, saying that we had to go to other places for the project first, obviously we have made an appointment, and it was your own delay that you should go to other places for the project first? Too angry so after calling to talk to the boss, the boss said that they were done.
It ’s really bad. It ’s promised that things ca n’t be done, and people have to call to finish them. The masters are very good, but the boss ’s dispatching staff and the customer ’s project connection are very problematic. Will never patronize again
