服務要看來得服務人員 我很幸運 洪大姐 很棒
所以 我直接預約排好排滿到11月
不過今天客服 被我唸了一頓 因為她4月 跟我說 5/9號服務員有事請假 要改成 5/11， 我也OK!
可是出於擔心與好奇 今天跟服務員聊了一下
她5/9被調去 別地方打掃
今天我跟客服說 你何必欺騙 需要調度誠實說討論
沒有必要說她有事情請假…
我在公開Google Review 寫這些 希望你們客戶記得
跟客人之間 不要有這種欺騙 好嗎
我還是給5顆星 因為洪大姐 真的很棒
I live in Xizhi and use their service regularly every 2 weeks
Service depends on the service staff. I'm very lucky, Miss Hong is great.
So I made an appointment directly and it was full until November.
But today, the customer service was read by me because she told me in April that the waiter on the 5th/9th had something to ask for leave, and she had to change it to 5/11th, and I was OK too!
But out of worry and curiosity, I chatted with the waiter today.
She was transferred 5/9 to clean elsewhere
Today I told the customer service why you have to cheat, you need to schedule an honest discussion
There's no need to say she has something to take a leave of absence...
I'm writing this in a public Google Review, hope your customers remember
Don't have this kind of cheating with your guests, okay?
I still give 5 stars because Miss Hong is really good
