★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and service. There is a very long wait all the time but it's worth it if you're a soup/hot pot fanatic. There rice with beef sauce is amazing as well. Super healthy and fresh as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has good food. To be honest, it’s my favorite hot pot place in Taiwan. The ingredients are healthy and the flavors blend well together. So why 2 stars? Getting a seat here is maddening. Because they allow people to pull numbers via their app, and you can pull separate numbers for different tables! It’s impossible to get a realistic idea of how long the que is. They went through 8 numbers in the five minutes it took to drive here and then we waited an hour for 3 numbers to pass. This really sucks when you have to stand in a hallway with kids. I would not recommend coming here if you are hungry and definitely not when normal people eat. It’s simply bad service to make your customers wait endlessly without any accurate time estimate. I will choose to eat elsewhere from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Often go there especially when the weather turns cold. Great place for a fresh hotpot. I swop out the pig's blood for doufu. Prefer the vegetable pot with extra vegetables. Then add a side dish with meat. We often order two meals for three of us. It normally is sufficient. When taking a number at the door , we take a table with one or two hotplates.

The meat was good, the veggies are fresh and enough. Nothing to drink, no beer, no coke, just black bean tea... That's sad. The noise level is above average and the space per customer is below average. Staff is not accommodating.
