超級超級雷的旅行社,非常不推! 這次5天4夜的客製化行程完全就是雷!事前行程規劃時旅行社說因為是客製化行程,所以費用會比較高,5天4夜團費收超過2萬5(不含簽證.小費),但實際去了之後幾乎每一天都出包!完全感受不到客製化該有的專業及貼心服務。 Day1:第一:島上交通要求由包車改騎機車,事前完全沒詢問我們會不會騎車,後來因我們會騎車的人不夠,所以改叫計程車做為交通工具。第二:當天告知因原訂飯店在潑水節期間不開放3人房或加床為由,改訂別間飯店,更改後的飯店沒吹風機、沒電梯,要自己扛行李箱到3樓。而且重點是更改後的飯店在check in時明明是11位團客卻只登記10人入住,房間還是少一張床,害我們有其中一位團員只能睡沙發!以上兩點行程更動皆未事先告知(我們在出發前幾天都還有跟旅行社聯絡)! Day2:第一:原本排定早上自由活動,旅行社告知可自費參加浮淺等水上活動,但因更改後的飯店沒附早餐,導遊帶我們去吃市場米粉湯,吃完後就坐船回曼谷,完全沒有留下可自由活動的時間,連沙灘都沒去。第二:每次下車不論吃飯.按摩.逛街結束後,導遊都超慢才叫車,讓我們一群人老是傻等,在看人妖秀的行程時還遲到,讓我們沒看到開場。第三:午餐時在我們下車後告知餐廳潑水節期間沒開,然後帶我們到前面看起來像是另一間餐廳的地方吃,卻跟我們說是同一間。 Day3:前往餐廳時導遊跟司機迷路,開車繞了約半小時又繞回同一個地方跟我們說餐廳其實就在這。向旅行社投訴反應後還被旅行社老闆反嗆,如果我們是台北人,那他隨便講一個信義區的地方,我們就都知道嗎。問題是,老闆你有收錢的欸,既然是你的工作不是就該做好事前功課,查好餐廳在哪,路線怎麼走嗎? Day5:早上約定的時間導遊遲到。 飯店沒開放、餐廳沒開都不知道,還找不到路,然後自稱是泰國“深度”旅遊?我只覺得非常諷刺且可笑。 整趟旅程下來搞得滿肚子火,跟旅行社反映後,導遊、旅行社老闆以及台灣服務處之間就是一直在相互推託,並且合理化自己的錯誤,處理態度讓人完全無法苟同。 當我們回來後在旅行社的粉絲頁留負評時,老闆也完全沒有任何歉意,只是不斷地說謊狡辯,甚至還抹黑消費者是同業惡意po文。 問了身邊所有親朋好友,大家都說真是從沒有遇過這麼爛的旅行社!

I can't feel the professional and caring service that customization should have. Day1: First: The transportation requirements on the island were changed from chartered cars to motorcycles. We didn't ask us whether we would ride a bicycle beforehand. Later, because there were not enough people who could ride bicycles, we changed to taxis as a means of transportation. Second: On the same day, it was informed that because the original hotel was not open for three-person rooms or extra beds during the Songkran Festival, the hotel was changed to another hotel. The changed hotel did not have a hairdryer or elevator, so you had to carry your suitcase to the third floor. And the point is that when the changed hotel was checked in, it was obviously 11 group guests but only 10 people were registered. The room still had one bed missing, so one of our group members could only sleep on the sofa! The above two itinerary changes have not been notified in advance (we still contact the travel agency a few days before departure)! Day2: First: Originally scheduled free activities in the morning, the travel agency informed that you can participate in water activities such as snorkeling at your own expense, but because the changed hotel does not include breakfast, the tour guide took us to the market rice noodle soup. After eating, we took the boat back to Bangkok. There was no time left for free activities, and he didn't even go to the beach. Second: Every time I get off the bus, regardless of eating, massage, or shopping, the tour guide calls the car very slowly, making us a group of people wait stupidly, and we are late when watching the show schedule, so we didn't see the opening. Third: At lunch, after we got off the bus, we informed the restaurant that it was not open during the Songkran Festival, and then took us to a place that looked like another restaurant in front, but told us it was the same. Day3: When I went to the restaurant, the tour guide and the driver got lost. After driving around for about half an hour, they went back to the same place and told us that the restaurant is actually here. After complaining to the travel agency, the owner of the travel agency retorted. If we are from Taipei, then he just talked about a place in Xinyi District, do we all know? The problem is, boss, you have to collect money. Since it is your job, shouldn’t you do your homework, check where the restaurant is, and how to take the route? Day5: The tour guide is late at the agreed time in the morning. I don’t know if the restaurant is open, the restaurant is not open, I can’t find the way, and claiming to be a “deep” tourism in Thailand? I just find it very ironic and ridiculous. The whole journey was full of fire, and after reporting to the travel agency, the tour guide, the travel agency owner, and the Taiwan Service Department have been peddling each other and rationalizing their mistakes. The handling attitude is completely unsatisfactory. When we left a negative comment on the fan page of the travel agency after we came back, the boss did not apologize at all. He just kept lying and quibbling, and even discredited consumers as malicious poems in the industry. I asked all my relatives and friends around me, and everyone said that I have never encountered such a bad travel agency!
