歐	歐萊恩오리온 (O-Rion) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 由於是“快煮”因此食材都是剛好熟了直接呈上，塊根或高麗菜當然不會是軟爛的；蔬菜湯底很乾淨，紅茶不雷，但中島區冷氣蠻強的，鍋物以外的白飯或者加點很容易被吹冷。適合想外帶或者怕身上有火鍋味的人吃，內用還是推薦吃石二鍋，環境和菜色會吃得比較愉悅。牛奶鍋真的是直接加了純牛奶的味道，臭豆腐夠臭，鴨血不是麻辣的很可惜～肉肉吃起來石二鍋的更好一些(快煮的有點太熟了) Because it is "quick cooking", the ingredients are just cooked and served directly. 了	了反取子名 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 方便快速的一鍋煮好的火鍋的概念，一樣王品旗下如果你有吃過石二鍋那可以說雖呈現方式不同但湯底、肉品尤其雪花牛的用料、調味都是幾乎一樣的，各式風味湯底應是一樣的基底湯底去加入各該調料煮的不是分開的風味不算明確，層次感一般，但以此定位來看(<快煮)也算夠好吃，東西整體尚算不錯雪花牛肉品質夠格算便宜好吃有合格程度的牛味油香和嫩度的肉品，其餘菜料則中規中矩，價格以此品質來說CP可以，剝皮辣椒湯底不錯可以小推一下沒有辣椒本人而是剁碎加入其中，入口微辣和清甜的風味好喝開胃。不過也抱怨一下雖然是應是個例但有一次番茄湯頭不番茄味道有點寡淡也罷，但裡面的菜非常明顯的不夠熟，高麗菜和玉米等料嚐的到生蔬菜味，口感也還是有點硬硬的，那次體驗就很差有感到扣分，煮的時間的把控和品管有待加強這點讓我覺得只能給個中等評價畢竟這裡不像它的親兄弟石二鍋那樣熟度不夠再煮一下就好。 The concept of a convenient and fast one-pot cooked hot pot is the same as that of Wangpin. Besides, it's self service in the shop, but one thing I don't really like its environment. Maybe all of staff members were so busy, so it's hard to keep all dining table clean. BTW the price is so reasonable.
