★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The broth was watery and this place wasn’t the cheapest either averaging at 230-270 per pot. There was no self serve water but they sell drinks. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere. The only upside is that this place is nearby the MRT station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this location for lunch and was HIGHLY impressed, not only by the taste, quality, and portion size of the hotpot, but also by the level of service. Seeing that I don't speak Mandarin very well, the gal at the counter very patiently explained the menu and ordering process to me in English. She even came by later to check on how I was liking the food. I've never had fast food with such attentive service! Will definitely come back before I leave Taiwan. I just hope the service at other locations is as good as this one. I got the Cumin Pork with Extra Meat for NTD219 and was satisfied all day.

i think for speed up, they pre-cooked some ingredients.
and makes those items so awful then i expected.
never had baby corn and broccoli likes this in my whole life.
i really feel sorry for them.
but the tomatoes soups is great as this price.
