牛肉Q嫩好吃不會硬（有一兩塊會偏硬但可以接受）
炒麵的話牛肉比較硬一點

牛雜湯個人認為有點味道，感覺沒清乾淨，加了九層塔還是蓋不住。
牛肉炒麵是用白麵，炒的很棒，不濕，小碗份量就足以吃飽。
薑絲炒牛肉跟炒青菜，真的是不錯，份量都很足，很喜歡。
