★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上星期發現原本老家旁邊的空地在整地，好奇打聽一下才知道是在地的建商，也有去接待中心看了一下建材用料，雖然沒有大公司的華麗鋪張，卻也是誠懇實在，剛好也在跟家人初步規劃未來的退休以及養老計畫，在地的建商還是多了份親切與信任感。
 Last week, I found that the open space next to my hometown was preparing land. I was curious to find out that it was a builder on the ground. I also went to the reception center to check the building materials. Although there is no gorgeous and extravagant big company, it is sincere and honest. Preliminary planning of future retirement and retirement plans with family members, the local builders still feel more cordial and trusting.
