★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 起初在鹽埕區看到15-1甜點屋，一度認為這間可能做不久，但後來越做越不錯，我想應該歸功於老闆對食材有一定的堅持。
老闆曾經在某連鎖麵包/蛋糕店工作過，後來因為理想而自己出來開店，希望老闆能秉持這樣的信念一直做下去。
15-1甜點屋實在是不可多得的好店家！祝福生意興隆！
然後….老闆人超好的，又很老實，對於蛋糕客製化的服務可以跟消費者溝通??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 挖到寶了～找到鹽埕好吃的甜點店！老闆服務很親切，大推他們家的楓糖布丁乳酪蛋糕啊～上層的楓糖布丁，楓糖味道很香又濃，而且Q彈十足、中層的焦糖布丁吃起來清淡又爽口不會甜膩、下層的輕乳酪蛋糕，整體吃起來QQ軟軟很有濕潤感又綿密，超級好吃！蛋糕體不會乾乾，好滑的口感啊～他們的鮮奶油蛋糕也很推薦，蛋糕的口感清爽不膩，配上內餡是藍莓布丁，幸福感十足，相當的好吃！

Raspberry chocolate mousse was great.
I absolutely love the taro roll here, not overly sweet like most other bakeries. Flavorful, light, and moist, Simply the best.
Highly recommended.
