★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 興建於日治時期。位於該村溝尾坡內，名為「新厝」之地，是該村的信仰與聚集中心，由於受到林口新市鎮土地重劃的影響，於民國八十七年（一九九八）十二月，由地方人士募款籌建於現址。雖然溝尾坡的居民亦需搬遷，但仍常至新建土地公廟膜拜及話家常。(林口鄉志，2001)
It was built during the Japanese Occupation Period. Located in the ditch end slope of the village, the land named "Xincuo" is the center of faith and gathering of the village. Due to the influence of the land rezoning of the new town of Linkou, it was established in 1987 (1998). In February, local people raised funds to build on the current site. Although the residents of Gouwei Slope also need to be relocated, they still often visit the newly built Di Gong Temple to worship and talk about the family. (Linkou Township Records, 2001)
