★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炒飯粒粒分明，口味不算重但可以感受的快速爐熱炒的鑊氣。沒有玉米或紅蘿蔔這些味道擾亂，就是單純「蛋、蔥及醬油」的香氣。
敢吃辣的建議要加辣，是用新鮮辣椒切顆粒下去炒，味道相當足夠。
炒麵或燴飯類也都是單純沙茶加空心菜。
不管哪種主食類，都只有3種肉類搭配：豬肉絲、牛肉片、羊肉片。豬肉絲品稍微好一點，牛肉及羊肉品質略差筋比較多，但不到咬不爛。
主食類份量十足，走高cp質路線，口味也算不錯。但對於衛生等就較無法要求了。但已經吃了近10年也未曾拉肚子。
只有老闆1人在炒，用餐時間要稍等一下。
