★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒車位就別放車進去，車子進場後就整個傻眼.最後撥電話給客服，一副敷衍的語氣，讓人極度反感，最後聽從指示出場悠遊卡依舊被扣款，再撥客服告知狀況希望能改善，不料得到的回覆是~放心啦！這20塊會退回你的悠遊卡，問他會如何退款，秒掛！這種應對的客服真的連給一顆星都不該給！（註~兩個月過去了，退個屁！）
