跟竹科管理局裡面的托斯卡尼尼差異太大 （服務、甜點）
 I went there on Friday night, and the whole store felt like there was only one male waiter left at work.. I feel wronged by the aggressive male waiter.
Too different from the Toscanini in the Bamboo Branch Administration (service, dessert)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保守牌餐廳，基本上調味都不錯，喜歡吃辣的可以請他們做辣。墨魚麵的部分烤魷魚有點鹹，麵的調味都不錯，如果魷魚鹹度降低一點會更好，吃完一直喝水。
Conservative restaurants basically have good seasonings. If you like spicy food, you can ask them to make them spicy. The grilled squid in the cuttlefish noodles is a bit salty, and the seasoning of the noodles is good. It would be better if the saltiness of the squid was reduced a little. Drink water after eating.

餐點都不太地道，墨魚飯還是用白飯拌出來的(看照片，有特別照出來)
沒有意式燉飯的口感。
其他焗飯跟義大利麵也都太家常了，很像初學者也能料理的等級??
Overall it's not worth the price.
The meals are not very authentic. The squid rice is still mixed with white rice (see the photos, there are special photos)
No risotto taste.
Other baked rice and pasta are too homely, very similar to the level that beginners can cook ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place. Serving sizes are enough to share. Appetizers: Enjoyed the escargot, stay away from the frozen food grade fried moz. Mains: My meal partner had the squid ink risotto which was not bad and had black olives hidden in darkness. I had the Caesar salad, though the sauce was not the taste expected. I found whole capers in my salad, so i'm guessing anchovies were missing from the dressing. Meal set comes with baked bread (nice, though only one roll.), soup (mushroom cream, not bad for premade), dessert (dark chocolate cake) and drink (fresh squeezed OJ is worth it, partner had fruit tea which she said was very apple-ly) Wish they had espresso to match dessert. Instead, I got an italian coffee instead which tasted suspiciously like an americano. Makes me wonder why their machine does not do espresso. Probably come back again, there might be other hidden gems on the menu. Damage for 2 ppl for lunch: 1444ntd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how a restaurant calls itself Italian and doesn't serve wine. Food is acceptable. The best thing was the squid ink pasta. Again, not sure how Italian that is, but tasty enough.
