只有新鮮的食材做得到，外表焦脆，裡頭鮮嫩多汁，小管本身是很有嚼勁，咀嚼也不是太費力，
那種滋味就像和成群結隊的小管悠游在台灣海峽的透光層，原型食物真的考驗老闆的烤功和火候的掌握，而且價格很親民，三隻一串才四十元，這種銅板價和新鮮程度真的只有靠海地區才有，優點是當時正值花火節旺季，人潮眾多但也不需等太久，絕對是我再訪二坎聚落的動力！

The prototype food really tests the boss’s roasting skills and mastery of the heat, and the price is very close to the people. Three skewers only cost 40 yuan. The price and freshness of planting copper plates are really only available in areas close to the sea. The advantage is that it was the peak season of the Fireworks Festival, and there were a lot of people but it did not need to wait too long. It was definitely my motivation to visit Erkan settlement again!
