★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Part of the museum is about seaweed and it's food value, and part is about the shipping industry. It's nice but small and limited. Allow an hour to see everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a cool dry place on a rainy hot day in Keelung, it also has several levels and art on display. We eventually ended up on the third or fourth floor, and noticed it was a somewhat popular place for people to bring their lunch to eat during their break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice museum in the centre of Keelung city, right next to the port plaza and opposite side of the street from the train and bus stations. Getting here is very easy! The exhibitions are quite interesting. There is also a really great Italian restaurant on the ground floor. Their risottos are just amazing!
