店家搬到新市鎮以後，週邊的停車與交通都更加方便，店面空間也更為舒適。
雖然搬了店家，店家對料理的要求卻不曾改變，即使單價稍高，但絕對能吃出店家的用心，每樣食材都有其獨到之處，也不禁讓自己反思味覺是否被調味料長時間麻痹，早已忘記食物原味的美好。
很推薦來試試他們的火鍋，感受每樣食材真實的味道！
一訪
湯底為無調味的干貝燉雞湯，完全食材原味，非常講究，內用採單點方式，首推豆皮、蛤蠣及黑牛肩肉片，吃的出店家對食材的要求與用心。
不過單價稍高，店家位置也不好抵達，去之前需要注意。

用餐環境非常舒服, 入門後就可以聞到非常濃郁的雞湯味, 服務人員也是相當貼心的介紹餐點 , 很推薦來店用餐歐.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甘貝雞鍋很特別發現評價很好決定來吃看看，店門口長得很像法式餐廳很有質感。
豆包蛤仔花枝丸大白菜我覺得是必點的，因爲泡在雞湯裡非常合適，而且新鮮又美味。
我有單點雪花牛肉，是店家另外再用熱水讓客人自己燙肉，好像不用特別點紅肉。
本身雞肉跟湯就很好吃，不用把外面吃火鍋的習慣帶來這家店。
