本身是台中人
但他的筒仔米糕與清水的重口味也不同
相較起來屬於淡淡清香的口味

滷大腸也是滷的相當軟爛 嚼起來絲毫不費力
魷魚羹也相當大碗但較不合口味羹湯勾芡偏濃稠
甜味中略感偏鹹一點點
