★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/31約下午1330去剪塊布，遇到男店員口氣差態度差，重點今日還是除夕⋯有沒有搞錯啊！如果態度這麼不好不想服務客人怎麼不乾脆不要在過年期間上班，還要受這氣！這氣越想越氣啊⋯返回要寫投訴單可惜沒有，只能在這評論，返回遇到店長幫我服務，整個態度口氣專業！我也跟店長反應剛剛的事情，店員教育訓練真的欠佳，我看之前1/26也有人評論留言說剪布受氣，可能也跟我一樣遇到同一位⋯
On 1/31, I went to cut a piece of cloth at about 1330 in the afternoon. I encountered a male clerk with a bad tone and a bad attitude. Today is still New Year's Eve... Is there a mistake! If you have such a bad attitude and don't want to serve the guests, why not just don't go to work during the Chinese New Year, and you will suffer from it! The more I think about it, the more I get angry... It's a pity that I have to write a complaint form when I go back. I can only comment here. When I came back, I met the store manager to help me. The whole attitude was professional! I also told the store manager about what happened just now. The education and training of the store staff is really poor. I saw that some people commented on the previous 1/26 that they were angry when cutting the cloth, and they may have encountered the same person as me...
