Signature medium-cooked beef & North Vietnamese fried chicken The soup is refreshing, delicious and not greasy (it’s even better with lemon). Fried chicken is hot and delicious. I don’t know what it is with the sauce. It tastes good with fried chicken. I would like to eat again.

河粉不錯吃 空間也很好 但是米紙包的狀態不太好 很鬆,拿起來就一直掉,沒辦法進食

非常鹹。 家人買了三碗外帶,兩碗生牛肉一碗是素的,素的還稍稍好一點點,生牛肉是有生之年吃過最咸的湯,很適合酷熱夏天揮汗如雨時候補充鹽分時去吃,家人也說真不愧是美式口味。河粉也不Q,勉強安慰自己那應該真的用純米做,總而言之實在是很普通到不會再去吃的一餐。
Very salty. The family bought three bowls for take-out. Two bowls of raw beef and one bowl are vegetarian. The vegetarian is a little better. Raw beef is the saltiest soup I've ever eaten in a lifetime. It's suitable for eating at the same time when you are sweating and raining in the hot summer. It is indeed an American taste. Pho is not Q, so I can barely comfort myself that it should be made with pure rice. All in all, it is a very ordinary meal that I will never eat again.

東湖近期新開的越南河粉餐廳,特地前來嚐嚐看,環境明亮小有佈置,還蠻喜歡椅子的重量和配色,以及竹籠燈飾,希望能夠持續好好經營。餐點的部分分別點了烤雞肉飯、烤豬肉飯跟招牌河粉和鮮蝦豬肉米紙卷,老闆人很不錯,有先提醒店內人較多且當好正在煮湯,會需要稍待一會。餐點都水準之上,招牌河粉的湯頭不是預期中的口味,不過還蠻喜歡的,奇妙的是湯底稍辣 (?)。很推薦烤雞肉飯,碎飯搭上生菜及雞肉,口感豐富,健康且清爽,會再訪試試其他菜色!
The newly opened Pho Restaurant in Donghu recently came here to try it. The environment is bright and decorated. I also like the weight and color of the chairs and the bamboo cage lighting. I hope it can continue to operate. For the meal, I ordered grilled chicken rice, grilled pork rice, and the signature pho and shrimp and pork rice paper rolls. The owner is very nice. First remind me that there are many people in the store and when the soup is being cooked, it will take a while a while. The meals are all above the standard. The soup of the signature Pho is not the expected taste, but I quite like it. The strange thing is that the soup is slightly spicy (?). The grilled chicken rice is highly recommended. The minced rice is served with lettuce and chicken. The taste is rich, healthy and refreshing. Will visit again to try other dishes!

此店家應該開有半年了,本身我就喜歡吃越南料理,此店家我也內用外帶過好幾次,服務很不錯,親切有禮貌,用餐環境也乾乾淨淨的,這點很值得讚賞,因為越南料理類的店家,很多都有一點舊舊的然後有股怪味 價格部份雖然有點偏高,但是這類的異國風味料理本來要吃到就不多,尤其是在住家附近就能吃到,所以個人可以接受,湯頭跟河粉的口感本人很喜歡,肉的部份就有點可惜,不嫩就算了還有點老,春捲就很好吃,奶茶之前外帶的時候,味道濃厚好喝,就是小杯了點,綜合下來是一間我會再回顧的店家

When the milk tea was taken out before, it tasted strong and delicious. It was just a small cup. In summary, it is a restaurant I will review again.

用foodpanda訂餐 不只餐點送錯 點米苔目送來河粉 其他餐點要求不要加蔥結果打開滿滿的一層蔥花 回復商家的回覆: 我點烤豬肉米苔目送來的是烤豬肉河粉是否也是我備註沒寫清楚的問題? 另外我沒寫出來的是,另一份餐點是烤雞肉飯,備註了不要加蔥卻還是加了蔥,由於來不及拍照所以沒PO出照片,這種只有一整盒飯的是否也要特別備註蔥不要加在雞肉上,也不要加在飯上,也不要加在菜上,這樣整盒飯裡面才會完好的沒有加蔥?

相信留學生們,都忘不了那Pho 鮮甜湯頭和半生熟的美國牛肉。今天散步發現哇這有家新開的越式河粉店耶! 重點還標榜從美國來的老店,這關鍵字讓我眼睛瞬間發亮!二話不說馬上點了碗要價不斐的牛三寶河粉,想要回味一下在美國的好滋味。Pho 最重要的就是湯頭了,是一整碗麵最精華的部分。喝了一口湯...... 嗯確定不是跟美國一樣那樣由大量牛骨與洋蔥,蔬果所熬製出來,帶有濃郁鮮甜味,卻是不帶層次的清淡,太可惜了! 半生牛肉的表現中規中矩,沒有沾醬這也是蠻不夠越南美式吃法。牛肉丸也是表現普通,一口下去並沒有預期濃濃的牛味。牛肚就也沒特別的亮點。真的蠻可惜的,在台灣還是很難找的到一模一樣的美國越南河粉味道。

Well, it's definitely not made from a lot of beef bones, onions, fruits and vegetables like in the United States. It has a rich and sweet taste, but it is light without layers. What a pity! The performance of the half-raw beef is quite satisfactory, without the sauce, which is not enough for the Vietnamese American way of eating. The beef balls are also normal, and the strong beef flavor is not expected after one bite. The tripe has no special highlights. It's really a pity, it's still hard to find the same taste of American Pho in Taiwan.
