★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週末從台北前往宏觀2，原先因檜木而心動，再者因親友介紹，非常失望！一點格局與親和力都沒有，約莫50歲的女接待人員，不僅連社區有健身房竟說沒有，建商廣告文宣打出來，試問這算什麼業務？！看房以來遇到這麼不友善的；問題專業度沒有，只會說：你們把其他房子脫手，款項算好再來，到時候這裡的房子應該也出售了！
I went to Macro 2 from Taipei on the weekend. I was initially tempted by Tochigi, and I was very disappointed because of introductions from relatives and friends! There is no pattern or affinity. The 50-year-old female receptionist not only does not have a gym in the community, but the builder ’s advertising statement is out. What kind of business is this? !! I have encountered such unfriendly since the inspection; I do n’t have the professionalism of the problem, I just say: You sell other houses, the money is good, and then come, the houses here should be sold!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此建商品質還可以，窗戶是氣密窗，隔音效果不錯。不過缺點是樓上若有腳步聲大一點，會有點聲音。浴室管路的水聲比較大~
The quality of this builder is okay. The windows are airtight and have good sound insulation. But the disadvantage is that if there is a loud footstep upstairs, there will be a little sound. The sound of water in the bathroom pipes is relatively loud~
