3月8日下午從他家電信攜碼到台彎之星,可能是辦60元/月租方案而被拒絕,要一個80歲老人家去高雄市區的直營門市辦理。 去旗山店之前已經電話問清楚,且也依旗山店指示:到前電信公司查明「已經無合約」,但服務人員撥打電話後,竟告知必須要到直營門市辦,想知道為何????? 高雄市區的門市可以辦,為何旗山門市不能辦呢?

請問這位店員到底態度是在差幾點的?現在防疫要實名制登記沒錯 年紀大一點的人不太會用QR掃描 問說可不可以用紙本表單填寫 問了兩次都不予理會 還硬是一直要催人家快點掃描 最誇張的是 別的客人來什麼都沒問就直接給人家紙本表單填寫 或是有問的也給他紙本 為什麼剛剛我們問時 都假裝沒聽到 還對客人不耐煩 相較之下另一位店員的態度就很親切非常好 而且這位店員還大聲對客人講話 態度超級差 明明對自己的同事講話或客服打電話時都可以輕聲細語 為什麼要對客人這麼兇?可以請問一下員工教育有做好嗎?
