今天遼寧店休假,特別到四平店,很奇怪的是叫我等一下馬上給我,以前都要現炸要等十分鐘以上,結果回家一看是炸過頭的雞排,部份粉皮都焦黑,而且整個肉都很乾……再也不會來這家店買了!

松江南京的四平商圈中也算是超隱密的存在了,一般人經過對於附近大概只記得旁邊有米粉湯和鞋店、而夜裡店門口也擺著鴨肉攤位而已,而這家加盟的雞排店似乎也挺反其道而行,在附近別家鹽酥雞店或鹽水雞店都開到深夜的情況下、這間就是開白天到晚上七點多差不多就收了,而更常出現的情況就是循著營業時間去往往都得到向隅的結果,有種開店時間超級不固定的感覺。 點了派克挺經典的品項香嫩腿丁和鮮魷,雖說用了這家歷來在調的奶香外皮來炸不免都會有些油耗味存在,但腿丁說真的在剛炸好的情況下咬下去卻有些老柴了,而鮮魷也是頗硬的表現。
