★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新社區格局不錯地下停車場大，鄰近夜市捷運⋯前面 長興路是八德通往平鎮中壢主要道路，因為車流量大砂石車很多，社區樓下7-11常有車子臨停人行道，行人在路口停等紅綠燈 要注意臨停車+大量右轉車，實在很危險
The layout of the new community is good. The underground parking lot is large, and it is close to the night market MRT. Changxing Road in front is the main road from Bade to Zhongli, Pingzhen. Because of the heavy traffic flow, there are many gravel vehicles. There are often parking pavements at 7-11 downstairs in the community. Pedestrians stop at the intersection and wait for the traffic lights to pay attention to the temporary parking + a large number of right-turn vehicles, it is really dangerous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看了大部分的負評都是因為把機車騎上人行道被檢舉，報復性的給了1顆星，反過來說這不也表示社區管理盡責，對住戶出入及行人安全的保障，機車騎上人行道本來就違反交通法規，這種扣分反而對社區有加分作用。
I read most of the negative reviews because I was reported for riding the motorcycle on the sidewalk, and I gave 1 star in retaliation. Conversely, this does not mean that the community management is responsible, and the safety of residents and pedestrians is guaranteed. Sidewalks are inherently violating traffic laws, and this kind of deduction has the effect of adding points to the community.
