★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 走道很小，有時候要閃過一群人才能走到置物櫃，好不容易到了置物櫃，又有人在那邊練硬舉，要等別人做完才能開置物櫃。有幾次看到五六歲，甚至更小的小朋友在玩跑步機或者在健身器材溜達，如果要和其他連鎖健身房比較，此間健身品質略低一些。
 The aisle is very small, and sometimes it takes a group of people to walk to the locker. After finally reaching the locker, some people practice hard exercises over there and wait for others to finish before opening the locker. Several times I saw children aged five or six, or even younger, playing on treadmills or walking on fitness equipment. If you want to compare with other chain gyms, the fitness quality here is slightly lower.

The quality of group lessons is getting worse. Class is stuffy and hot. The students chatted in class until the end of class was noisy. The coach will not persuade...the mood for sports is gone. Can't wait for the contract to come soon...
