服務態度超差~客人都比櫃檯那位小姐態度好。之前推寄杯服務,年紀比較大一點點的小姐態度好多了~

點了4杯飲料等了15分鐘就算了!後面點一杯兩杯的客人都比我還快拿走!連問一下還要再等多久,還要被店員口氣超級衝的回應!真的是花錢受罪!公佈一下那個態度不好的女生,手肘有一個累似大太陽的刺青圖案。 打死我也不會再去買了!

今日晚間打電話點飲料自取。到現場取餐點時。感覺服務態度跟以往落差很大。 因為顧客本人人到點餐窗口拿飲料。站了2-3分鐘。竟然現場2位服務生。沒有一位詢問 一位在後方吃東西(面朝點餐區)沒詢問顧客。而另一位在點餐區附近。一樣沒詢問。後續2-3分鐘後。才由「後方人員緩慢前來」 第一。現場沒任何顧客。 第二。也沒人員在製作飲料。 第三。客戶站在窗口等了2-3分鐘後。才來詢問。而且是由後方人員放下食物。「緩慢」前往窗口。離點餐窗口最近的人員竟然還是沒招呼。 事後也是主動告知要取飲料。才告知價格。 當下真的感受不佳。

Google顯示 22:30關門 人22:18到 鐵門已經拉上 但鐵門上又寫23:00 近期的服務 有點隨便 還有穿手套收錢,又直接製作我的飲料 當時我還看到用手抓了一個要掉出來的冰塊放回我的飲料裡 你們店面防疫好像做很好,都隔起來了 但客戶的健康也顧慮一下好嗎 哪怕沒有疫情這樣也有點髒
