接電話態度真的很不好 已經好多次了
再說外送 送到時的態度也很讓人搖頭
怎麼會有員工坐在摩托車上等客人的 可能是因為客人還沒領取可以理解但看到客人了也不會馬上起身交飲料跟錢 坐著給我到底是怎樣？
我只能說素質怎麼可以越來越差
以前我也待過其他直營店2-3年工作教育我記得沒有這麼差吧==
