不過這次卻讓我很失望。（可能是個人心情上的問題？提供給大家參考）
本來預約好上禮拜看診
結果到前一天晚上才告知當天醫生要開會要我們改時間，家人覺得很不可置信怎麼可以這樣（可能臨時的會議吧？我當時這樣安撫了家人）
然後到場後因為防疫的關係，陪同者沒有健保卡不能入內（預約時、被強迫改預約時都沒有特別告知）
我理解是防疫時期的特別規範
但是有特別的規範或有需要更改時間時還是希望可以提前告知……
這部分的員工訓練感覺不太足夠。

This part of the staff training doesn't feel like enough.
