★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste is decent. Not much wow factor, just a neat little shop. Personally not recommand to bring non-native taiwanese to there(hygiene issue). Waitors arent really friendly or approachable. Not accepting plastic money is another issue which really bothering me much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked it coz its one of the more unique dishes in Taiwan. Its like a 面疙瘩 but even thinner. Worth a try. I doubt this one is better than the other stalls in this temple location, so just pick one and try a bowl.
Skip the braised meat with rice ( 滷肉飯）， as it's nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鼎邊趖 is a big piece of noodle made from rice. It is steamed and roasted, making it more al dente. And it is then cooked with a bunch of other things in the soup, such as dried squid, dried fish, cabbage etc. The soup is tasty. This is an old vendor and the dish is unique compared to what you can find in other night markets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap ingredients but cost 2USD... And 3/4 of the soup is very normal food for Taiwanese hotpot....Besides, the restaurant is very crowded and uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried we came across a few sites that recommended this place. It's different, interesting and not bad. It's good to try since weve not had anything like this in Taiwan yet, and has a good variety of stuff like seafood, meat, veggies and the rice noodles, although I'm not sure I'd miss it if I don't ever have it again if that makes sense. It's def still good to try at least once though.
