這一家烤地瓜所採用的烤爐是完全手工製作，而且地瓜是採用平躺式的烤法，受熱均勻， 比較不會有外熟內生的情形。
買了一些試吃，口感特別香甜可口， 查證之後才知道他是使用台農57號的地瓜， 難怪口感怎麼好， 忍不住回頭一口氣買了20斤， 當然也是因為他開幕有特價啦...
