★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我去繳費，服務人員都很熱心詢問家人是否是用台灣之星的門號，因為最近雙12優惠好評不錯，所以有延長，剛好最近家人台灣大哥大快到期，我使用了8年以上的台灣之星，訊號近三年改變很多，用的收訊都不錯，很快，看電影也不會卡卡的，因此想推薦家人攜碼過來，超級優惠的

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去門市詢問新辦跟攜碼，重來沒有辦過台灣之星，門市人員耐心幫我查我家裡跟公司的訊號反應狀況，後面還有一堆客人，但也不會因為我還沒要辦隨便回答，對後面的客人也很有禮貌表達久候的歉意，最後還幫我辦了體驗卡，讓我回去試用，目前用的狀況跟門市人員幫我查詢的狀況一樣，還蠻滿意的，雖然我手機是4g的，但我想換了5g手機後，訊號肯定更好！
