They are a little heavy handed on the salt and seem to lather pork lard on everything, even the vegetables, the pork tendon soup is probably the lightest option (comes with chicken testicles) . Found the noodles to be extremely flavorful (pork lard again), but they're quite chewy although thin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pork knuckle soup is really good. I order the small size but it really enough to two adults to eat. If you eat in you can add soup for free~Nice experience and I will come back again!
