25年前吃過,很懷念,最近終於找到~ 麻醬麵配滷豬腳125元,滷豬腳超好吃!(單吃有點鹹) 建議可以把滷豬腳較肥帶皮的部分放到麵底部, 可以吃到軟爛(入口即化)口感~

巷弄內傳統外省麵店,很傳統的外省麵口味,麵條吃起來口感不差,麵香足夠,煮麵時間水溫掌握不錯,搭配味道不算太重的炸醬,吃起來算得上想到順口好吃;辣椒看似很棒但怎麼加都不辣徒鹹;滷味吃起來普通,不是太入味,豬腳個人也認為一般了些,也許冷豬腳不是我太愛的菜;湯頭是醬油陽春系列,厚度算是不差;餛飩皮是類菜肉大餛飩的厚皮具有不錯口感,但內餡料有高粱香腸的感覺,那種心情很難形容....麵條可能要交代不要煮爛,周邊非常難停車,自行開車來要多花點心思了。

甘家麵館在最近很紅的仁愛市場對面,靠三坑這頭的社區建築裡。 不枉打麵店(供應商)支援在側,疊在攤檯上未下鍋的麵條都好新鮮,接著看去大鍋裡翻滾打麵的泡沫活躍,齁~老闆的下麵功夫真是一流! 上桌熱騰騰的白麵端醬,本格派! 麵條口感一流,表皮軟嫩帶湯,麵心彈牙連齒,一口一口,越嚼越香! 炸醬鹹香層次豐富、麻醬甘甘愘愘餘韻帶勾,都很夠味,非常推薦!(乾拌麵聽說是帶點酸,下次來試) 來盤豆乾小菜~ 本身已略有鹹味,豆味也夠重,不太需要醬油調味,但很建議加點桌上的湖南式辣椒(蒜、香油、小魚乾),口感交替,跟麵配湯都是爽口小點。 80元一份的豬腳是一絕,是豬手不是肘,喜歡啃骨邊筋肉的食客一定會喜歡這種要彈不彈的口感。醬油香入七分,外三分更是隔夜浸漬的老滷,甜鹹甜鹹的,啃到稍薄皮的瘦肉邊邊部位時尤其明顯,一口就上癮,跟豆乾一樣,配辣椒也是絕讚! 湯品裡的餛飩真是超~級~好~吃~(本店我的最愛!),皮薄的同時保有非常好的麵皮韌性還包圍著麵香,肉泥打的混勻混勻,拌了點綜合辛香(白胡椒、猜測還有一點咖哩粉,海口作風~),把地緣優勢的肉市場第一手豬肉的甜給點綴得鮮香又細緻! 啊,差點忘了提到貢丸,綜合湯裡有附一顆,也是皮脆丸又彈的,豬肉鮮甜也都吃得到(不會有奇怪加工的過於彈跳感),搭配熱麵湯汁燙開的青蔥,佐香油、白胡椒(可以自己加兩滴白醋),夏天開胃,冬天暖胃!
