The warehouse was built in the era of the Japanese occupation. It was mainly built in the 1930s. It was originally eight. Later, only West 2 and West Sancang were completely removed. At present, there is no opening, and the city government is making use of the planning space to become a dedicated area for the Wenchuang industry. The large-span steel structure forms two warehouses and eight warehouses. Architects in the Japanese occupation period first used steel sheet piles to make a foundation under the rock disk, and then made a flat dock on which to build a warehouse. The structure of the warehouse is made of fired red rivets and one piece of artillery steel. Although it is located in the harbor, the steel beams have not rusted at all for more than 80 years, and the foundation of the deep sea rock is also standing.
