★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是一個多元終身學習的地方，價格便宜且合理，是老少皆宜的學習中心，課程多元且豐富，是市民朋友適宜的進修學習中心。它的位置適中，公車可以到達，位於成功一路133巷1號，離火車站走路約5分鍾路程、往返大台北地區各個城際公車也非常方便、離基隆市公車循環站走路約10分鍾，若開車離高速公路交流道約3分鍾。它每月會出版開課課程總表，有兒童夏令營等活動、職訓相關課程、證照班、健康、、、等課程可以提供選擇，是非常好的終身學習中心。
It is a diversified lifelong learning place, cheap and reasonable. It is a learning center suitable for all ages. The courses are diversified and rich, and it is a suitable learning center for citizens and friends. Its location is moderate and it can be reached by bus. It is located at No. 1, Lane 133, Chenggong 1st Road. It is about 5 minutes' walk from the train station. It is also very convenient to go to and from the various intercity buses in the Greater Taipei area. It is about 10 minutes' walk from the Keelung City Bus Circulation Station. Drive away from the highway interchange for about 3 minutes. It publishes a summary list of courses every month.
