欸我不知道麵粉漲這麼多欸,點了一碗大碗肉片麵+蛋,跟我收130?(蛋還忘記放喔ㄏㄏ) 麵也就小碗的大概2倍量而已,肉片個位數的量,好奇到底怎麼算錢的,還是我長得像盤子? 想不透欸這物價,我印象中一般大碗乾麵了不起就50-70,加個幾片肉片跟蛋這樣就130了? 調味死鹹就不用講了,小時候沒玩過踩地雷的真的可以去這間吃看看

位於孝三路巷弄內的張家餛飩麵店應算是孝三路乾麵圈的知名店家之一,然相較其他名店張家的造訪客人應以在地客為主。 這次初訪點了標準「一套」的乾麵+餛飩湯,結論是典型且美好的基隆風味,亦即偏乾的乾麵帶有豬油和油蔥等混合產發的鹹香,和一樣有香氣的餛飩湯。若要說張家的一套和其他孝三路名店有什麼較可分辨差異,我感覺應是餛飩的口感,其皮餡較分明且內餡口感也較紮實。 此外,據店家所述,張家選用台灣「優質」黑豬肉且數十年來堅持自榨豬油且自煉油蔥,和不少孝三路「非巷內」的店家有些不一樣(引用自店家言)。無論如何,如此較高的自製比重更可確保食材來源和品質,值得肯定。 整體而言還不錯,推薦為欲享用美味且標準的基隆乾麵和餛飩湯的一個值得考慮的選擇。
