2.真的有股特別的炭燒香味！
3.甜辣醬加下去又是提升這個蚵仔煎味道的層次！
4.香氣與鮮度相當足夠，相當值得一吃。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 碳燒口味是阿嬤的堅持，濃濃古早味搭配雙醬襯出蚵仔鮮甜，絕佳好味不容錯過。
The charcoal-fired flavor is Grandma's insistence. The strong ancient flavor is paired with the double sauce to make the oysters fresh and sweet. The excellent taste is not to be missed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蚵仔煎的部分，味道比較鹹，蚵仔分量多，大小也比台北的大(台北真的太小)雖然不到必吃的程度，但是是廟口尚可的選擇。
不過最近幾次回訪，味道的標準差比較大，不太穩定。
如果願意走到遠一點的地方，還有其他選擇。

Number of baby oysters in the pancake seems less than most of its competitors.
The sauce on the pancake taste great.
Cook and the waiter is not friendly to traveler (i.e., non local people)
Taste is so-so, once is enough
