The texture and taste of the hand-rolled noodles are amazing! Very fragrant and energetic! The beef in the braised beef noodles has a good taste and is addicting.

水餃皮薄餡多，咬下去還會有湯汁！真的很厲害
紅燒牛肉麵也不會太油！完全入味
有經過可以外帶比較快?
最後面有放上菜單，價位也是蠻平價的～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在尋覓北台灣好吃大滷麵的同時，朋友推薦我可以來基隆嘗試看看，小山東的大滷麵麵體是手擀麵，帶有嚼勁卻鮮有麥香，雖說如此仍在平均之上，然而大滷麵本體應是稠而不膩的滷湯，這點小山東有點差強人意，湯也只是勾芡而已，味道不夠；香氣不足，可惜了這麵條。
朋友又再道：小山東厲害的是牛肉麵，歡迎下次再來試試。
為了這麵條我想我會再來的。
While looking for the delicious Dalu noodles in northern Taiwan, a friend recommended that I come to Keelung to try it. The Dalu noodles in Xiaoshan are hand-rolled noodles, with a chewy texture but little aroma of wheat. Even so, they are still average. On top, however, the main body of Dalu noodles should be a thick but not greasy stewed soup, which is a bit unsatisfactory in Xiaoshan. The soup is only thickened, and the taste is not enough; the aroma is not enough, it is a pity for this noodles.
The friend said again: Xiaoshan is the beef noodle, welcome to try it again next time.
For this noodle I think I will come again.
