★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年5月與東森房屋仁愛店購屋，前屋主正好是仁愛店的老闆，結果同年12月就發生漏水問題，房屋鑑定契約還寫未曾有漏水情形，事後與房仲反應也消極不處理，前屋主更是一句你去告我啊，直接不理會，這種房仲和屋主勸大家購屋前三思。
（新增）買賣契約及房屋鑑定書，內容明顯隱瞞房子曾有漏水的事實，買賣契約也有寫若不符現況，應付瑕疵擔保責任，經歷半年協調始終不處理，最後我上了基隆區公所申請協調，前屋主（即東森房屋仁愛店老闆）亦不出席，整個事件的消極負面態度讓人很難相信這家房仲的誠信。

Finally, I went to the Keelung District Office to apply for coordination. , The former homeowner (the owner of Dongsen Housing Ren'ai Store) also did not attend. The negative attitude of the whole incident made it hard to believe the honesty of this house.
