★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基隆在地唯一百貨，前幾年剛整修完，很乾淨明亮。缺點是櫃位少，所以基隆人都不愛逛，可能是擔心人少，被櫃姐緊黏吧?哈。但我個人挺喜歡的，有超市、有餐廳，還不錯。
 The only department store in Keelung, which has just been renovated a few years ago, and is very clean and bright. The disadvantage is that there are few counters, so people in Keelung don't like to go shopping. Maybe they are worried that there are few people and they will be stuck tightly by the counter sister, right? Ha. But I personally like it. There are supermarkets and restaurants, which are not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本非常期待改裝後的改變，但很可惜100元商店規劃的動線很不順暢，感覺是硬隔出來的，樓上原本似乎是有規劃兒童遊戲區也都改擺電器了，而且在2樓可以聞到不錯濃的煙味（可能是樓上的遊藝場）。
I was looking forward to the changes after the refit, but unfortunately the movement of the 100 yuan store was not smooth, and it felt like it was separated. The upstairs originally seemed to be planned for children’s play areas and all electrical appliances were changed, and it was on the second floor. You can smell a good strong smoke (probably the amusement park upstairs).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020 4/4基隆歷史悠久的百貨公司，沒幾個樓層有一層是湯姆熊，一層是瓦城，一樓有化妝品專櫃，整體是沒什麼好逛，比皇冠大樓東西少
2020 4/4 Keelung has a long-established department store. On a few floors, there is a Tom Bear on the first floor, and Wacheng on the first floor. There are cosmetic counters on the first floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【超級雷區】賣場還ok,但賣場1樓電器品廢棄紙板亂丟不管，佔據機車停車位...，完全以店家方便就好的心態，誇張，完全無政府狀態。

After the refurbishment of the International Department Store, the first floor is a national specialty store for electronics and cosmeceuticals. The electrical products are elegantly arranged and comfortable for visitors to watch. There are a wide range of cosmeceuticals and the prices are clearly marked, improving the consumption level of Keelung citizens.
