★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好不容易找到這一家道地的老麵槓子頭（火燒），和香椿花捲，味道香醇紮實，吃後唇齒留香，吃這還不易胖，和我小時候吃到的口味一模一樣，吃這個火燒用牙根慢慢地嚼，聽說對預防失智也有很好的功用，台北現在幾乎已經找不到賣這個的了，好不容易在基隆找到真的很開心
It’s hard to find this authentic old-fashioned kangzi head (fired), and toon rolls. The taste is mellow and solid. After eating, the lips and teeth are fragrant. It is not easy to get fat after eating. The taste is exactly the same as the taste I had when I was a child. Slowly chew, I heard that it is also good for preventing dementia. There is almost no one to sell this in Taipei. I am really happy to find it in Keelung.

吃起來真的硬是要得
口感真的超硬超紮實
嚼著嚼著慢慢散出麵甜餅香
喜歡吃紮實口感饅頭的人應該會很愛
這火燒～槓子頭真的特別也不錯吃
只是嚼到我腮幫子真的好酸啊?
