非常差的購物體驗 7/27晚上買了一個福袋 當天馬上就匯款 說8/5統一寄出。好我等 8/5延到8/17 原因:廠商貨還沒來 8/17延到8/18寄 原因:廠商還是沒寄來 8/18 卻說今天沒出貨 原因:特賣會在忙 延到8/19 8/19在問 直接不回 8/20早上回說幫我查 8/20當天寄出 說過兩天會到 我的確隔天8/21收到了 結果我等了三個禮拜 尺寸竟然不對,那我在等什麼意思的?所以聯絡小編,隔天8/22中午我寄回去 ,說收到會通知我,結果我等到8/25沒收到通知我自己查了物流紀錄,上面清楚打著 8/23就送到簽收了,我把這件事告知小編 小編卻說因為特賣會太忙? 沒有去管理室查收 ?貴公司收到後商品沒問題,可是告知我沒有收到發票,可是我原本就沒收到發票啊?最後是讓我退款了?退款還需5-7天(我是不知道為什麼退款要那麼久)6天後我收到退下來的款項。我以為事情結束了,結果沒有,過了大概2個禮拜後,貴公司小編在退一次款給我,來說要我匯回去?我傻眼!原來還沒結束啊!你們的疏失我要在去匯款一次,4天後的今天我才匯款,讓你們等了4天真的不好意思喔~竟然等了4天就要去備案了,你們要上班我都不用上班?看來你們也沒我那麼有耐心吧!總結 有問題也沒感覺到有積極處理,一直有理由延期。客服服務有待加強。一直被叫帥哥不會比較爽,聽到帥哥我就知道又有什麼事要發生。我以前的確有買過商品跟福袋,福袋見仁見智,我是沒有那麼幸運啦~直播購物太麻煩了~知道你們沒差我這個客人。崇立老闆 可能記得100%信用+100%品質 造就200%歐美精品服飾,難道除了商品品質,服務品質不算在內嗎?如果這是宗旨,你的員工有銘記嗎!總之總之 祝福想買的朋友網友們好運~^_^
