★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區本身沒太大問題，有問題的都是一些奇奇怪怪的住戶:有人半夜兩三點還在罵小孩，有人早上五六點開超大音量看電視，更有住戶凌晨四五點洗露台。其實在自己家幹什麼事沒人理你，但搞到跟夜市一樣是要不要讓鄰居睡覺?有實力的人真的不建議買這裡，千金買房萬金買鄰，光是一堆糟糕的住戶就拉低整個社區格調。
