★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒有買的建議不要買，警衛爛，停車場管理也不加，停車要錢我可以理解，我住在這邊是住戶所以辦月租，算月的便宜300也是先付清，第二個月因為比較少回來沒有辦月租，第三個月竟然說不讓我租，說我第二個月他們有打電話給我我都沒接，所以不讓我租，真的是爛到極點，不知道在囂張什麼，來爾富也是開到晚上11點而已，如果11點過後還是要騎車出去買東西，有很方便嗎？好險我是租客，打死我也不會買這邊，爛透了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 樓下有全聯跟萊爾富還有築間很方便也，不想吃外面就自己煮，小巴也可以去夜市跟傳統市場，騎機車到前面點的吃區都超級方便，天氣好可以曬太陽，天氣不好一樓有騎樓可以散步，這個社區規劃的都很方便也，除了上述的商店，其他都是騎機車五分鐘就可以到達吃區，很實用的住宅，很喜歡

My friend lives here, it’s a huge community. I get lost quickly. The night view from the high floors is good. There is a shuttle bus to go back to the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很用心規劃的小區，鄰近八斗子海域，不管是要待在小區裡面享受充足的設施，或是要往海邊跑，都超級方便！從上海搬回台灣，覺得這裡比起上海許多郊外小區的還要便利的多、CP值超高！
