★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原名稱是「有恆昌行」，目前老闆為二十世紀第二次世界大戰後旅台第二代閩南人，主要經營掛麵、生面、餃子皮、餛飩皮、油麵及拉麵生產販賣，且販售米油鹽醬醋菸酒及日常雜貨罐頭等。
創辦人為二次大戰後旅台閩南人方愕先生(本名方有富 字哲成)，生於1924年，卒於2016年。現今負責人為其二媳 黃寶雀女士，三十年前(西元1992年)店名改為信義商行。
The original name is "You Heng Chang Xing". The current owner is a second-generation Hokkien who traveled to Taiwan after World War II in the 20th century. It mainly produces and sells dried noodles, raw noodles, dumpling skins, wonton skins, oil noodles and ramen noodles. Sells rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar, tobacco, alcohol, and canned daily groceries.
The founder is Mr. Fang Ding (whose real name is Fang Youfu and Zhecheng), who lived in Taiwan after World War II. He was born in 1924 and died in 2016. Now the person in charge is her second daughter-in-law, Ms. Huang Baoque. Thirty years ago (in 1992), the store name was changed to Xinyi Firm.
