★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店面看起來並不是那麼的顯眼，現在便利商店和福利中心密度越來越高， 這種不開發票貨物又多又雜的柑仔店反而越來越少，老闆年紀很大了背也駝了，動作並不像年輕人那麼的俐落，但是在結帳以及秤重時看得出來記性還不錯。
雖然店名叫做米店但是我沒在那邊買過米，反而是買了粗鹽好幾次，每次購物時就跟小時候媽媽拿著銅板叫我去巷口雜貨店買一瓶米酒的記憶重疊。
店面有點深度，貨架上陳列著台灣菸酒公司出的各樣玻璃瓶裝酒瓶，如果不擔心店內環境有點凌亂，可以試著探險看看
