風乾後蒸汽煮熟後二次風乾再進行煙燻
吃起來Q彈口感還帶有煙燻風味
鯊魚酥外皮酥脆滿大塊
但裡頭較不夠入味
鯊魚羹是把鯊魚酥放進羹裡又是不同風味
特別的是羹裡有加白蘿蔔塊和白菜
曼波魚皮凍和煙燻魚皮凍吃起來就是果凍呀

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛好路過跟朋友到這家來吃，以這個價位來說份量跟想像中的差不多，羹味道剛好不會太稠或太淡，炸物本身比較沒有味道，不過旁邊有椒鹽可以加就能彌補這個問題
I just passed by and came to this restaurant with a friend. At this price, the portion is almost as expected. The taste of the soup is just not too thick or too light. The fried food itself is less flavorful, but there is salt and pepper on the side to make up for this. problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店家都是炸物較多 不是現炸的 口感偏硬 感覺海產的鮮度沒了 羹湯的魚肉也是炸好先放著等客人點在用剪刀剪放進湯裡。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 坐公車剛好看到，排很長隊，逛了一圈後大概3點排，等了20分。
餐廳明亮也大，只有老闆娘和其他2幫手，快中有序，但沒有限定客人吃飯時間，所以會等久一點。
綜合羹還不錯吃，料滿多的，麵的份量還好。滷肉飯反而不錯吃，炸物與其他人寫的差不多，鯊魚酥口味滿淡，但口感好，現燙小卷算普通，口感有點粉粉，海菜餅不錯吃，可以當零食。
整體給4分，排隊時間滿久，老闆娘服務態度很好，會推薦東西，但不耐等的人建議不要去哦！
