今天店家東西缺料的處理流程，不應該是先把麵下了再來告知客人說我其他的料沒了，而是先詢問客人我料沒了你還需要這個品項嗎？
今天點了碗芋頭排骨酥麵，一個小妹過來說芋頭沒了。
「那換冬瓜。」我說。
「只剩原味，其他料都沒了。」
「那這個就不用了，幫我取消。」
小妹的手直接往菜單上一抹。「可是我麵已經下了欸。」態度不悅的說著，彷彿我像是在找麻煩般的樣子。
「好吧。那就出吧。」基於不想對店家造成困擾的心說著，並看向我桌上另一碗原味的大碗排骨酥麵。

排骨入味，配湯好喝。
麵條可以選油麵或者陽春麵。
下次會想試試看大塊排骨。
There are various choices of winter melon, taro, and ribs.
The ribs are delicious and go well with soup.
You can choose oil noodles or Yangchun noodles.
